Selling your home which is often your largest asset can cause financial turmoil and stress. The MLS (Multiple Listing Service): This is the most important service for active Real Estate agents keeping up to the minute data of every listed, pending and sold property in the Greater San Diego or Orange County area.
Internet Marketing: We work to obtain maximum exposure for your property through multiple internet outlets including but not limited to Yahoo, Trulia, Realtor.com, Craigslist, Zillow and more! 100's more! Color Brochures: Incorporating beautiful photography into a color brochure, then distributing it to our extensive client email lists and to our colleagues, sets your property apart.
Broker’s Caravan: This is the time to show the home off, turn on the fireplaces, serve breakfast or lunch and leave the agents with a lasting impression. We only have a few minutes to make a lasting impression so it is important that everything in the home is ready for this preview.
Showings: Although we all work as a team with the other agents, I consider it my primary job to personally show your home to all prospective buyers first and foremost.
Open Houses: After some of the agents seen your home, this is real show time for your home! The public is curious and wants to come see your property being available ready for offers! Your home can be - upon request - available on week ends or during the week for open house.
If you don't like open houses, this is fine, I have other marketing options available for you. Open houses are great but are not for everyone and I do understand.
